Specialties: EANx (enriched air Nitrox)
What can it do for you?
Double Your Bottom Time
Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) is a relatively
simple way to dramatically increase your no-decompression limits.
In Other words... you can simply stay down longer! Imagine, all
the extra lobsters you could catch or having extra time to finish that
roll of film on the elusive Black Sea Bass!!
|
EXAMPLE:
An air dive to 80ft has a no-decompression time limit of
30 minutes.
With EANx 36, that same dive to 80ft would allow you a no-decompression
time limit of 55 minutes.

EANx is used within recreational
diving depth limits.
Contrary to popular beliefs, it is not for going "deep."
THERE'S SAFETY BENEFITS TOO!
Many divers have reported "feeling better" after their EANx
dives and many liveaboard dive enthusiasts use EANx toward
the end of their trip to decrease their N2 uptake on repetitive dives.

There's no need to feel old after diving
anymore !

How does it work?
By increasing the percentage of oxygen (02) in the air mixture, considerable
amounts of nitrogen (N2) can be eliminated. Since 02 can be metabolized
and N2 cannot, the amount of tissue loading of this inert gas is greatly
reduced.
Course Details:
The additional training required to use EANx is easy
and doesn't require a big time commitment. The PADI EANx
course will provide you with all the information and skills needed to
safely use EANx mixtures from 22% - 40% oxygen.
The course is approximately 4 hours of classroom time and
two water dives.
Course fee: $199 includes PADI EANx
manual and 3 slates, PADI certification card, instructor fees and
EANx tank rentals. Boat trip fee not included.
